The Last Samurai

I saw a beautiful movie - The Last Samurai! Instead of writing a review, I am going to quote some of the lines from the movie:

Shall I call it 'Found Art'? :-)

Been thinking of taking B&W photos for a long time. This one came out accidentally. I had changed the effect to B&W yesterday and had forgotten all about it. But I like the way the photo has come out. So in a way it indeed is "found" art for me!

Samay: Time

The other day I happened to watch Samay, the hindi movie starring Sushmita Sen. Although I saw the movie in bits and pieces, I did manage to see the last half hour of the movie and was thoroughly impressed by it. It is a suspense movie and I can assure you that watching the movie will be worth it. :-)

The Skies in Bangalore

The skies in Bangalore are one of the most beautiful ones that I have seen. The amazing cloud patterns especially in the evenings, and also the sunset skies. I have tried to capture it with a camera; but I have not been able to capture it the way I saw it. Somehow it always looks different and (I will even say it) duller when I see the final image. I am trying to do a better job and hopefully I will succeed. I have tried to put a series on Flickr called the Sky Series where I will be putting in my photos.
